Who can deny the power of neon? It's power is easily visible in places like New York City, Las Vegas, Shanghai, Mandalay Bay Casino and even your local bar. Vibrant colors light up the night, and neon continues to be an excellent way to draw attention to your brand.
Neon is easy to understand. It's actually pretty easy to bend - although every piece is hand created. The difficulty is in packaging, shipping and servicing the end product.
We typically try to keep the pieces simple, affordable and most of all effective. On larger orders we build in the correct styrofoam packing, but always recommend using insured pallet shipping. We do not take responsibility for product once it arrives in the USA - unless it is something we find fault.
Usually our minimum for most non - stock neon orders is 50 pieces, but each project does vary.
The maximum size that we will produce is roughly 36" x 24", although in most cases we recommend sizing no larger than 18" x 24" for drop shipping reasons.
Our typical defect rate is less than 2%, and normally if there is a problem with a neon, it is 1) tube cracks or 2) the gas needs to be warmed up (think of it like an old lawn mower than needs to be cranked).
