STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME
Begins after receipt of order and/or approval of artwork. Normal production times range for 6 to 8 weeks (including delivery), although larger custom orders may require up to 10 or 12 weeks.

RUSH SERVICE
Rush service is available. Contact us for availability and cost.

Almost all our artwork services are free to you. If complex work is required, we will charge $60 (X) per hour, but will confirm with you in advance.

Any sent hard copies of discs will not be returned unless previously arranged. CIT ARTWORK should be as high resolution as possible and sized to represent the actual area it may represent on a product.

We will acknowledge all orders by fax or email of a Proforma Invoice. Under no circumstances should you anticipate an order placement without such Proforma Invoice.

CHANGE TO ORDER
All changes must be made in writing.

All orders are shipped F.OB. LA, CA or Baltimore, MD warehouse/port. Domestic shipping and handling costs are billed and added to invoice. Merchandise becomes property of buyer once goods leave warehouse/port and are shipped at buyer’s risk.

Due to the nature of custom work, we reserve the right to ship 5% over or under the amount ordered and bill accordingly.

Claims for damage in transit must be reported to carrier, not to PTC at time of delivery.

Unless specified in writing at time of order is placed, we reserve the right to use any item we produced for display and promotion.

Any complaint must be registered within 30 days from shipment. Orders may not be returned to the PTC without prior authorization.

Usually requires $50 per color per screen charges, but varies from product to product.

A virtual proof will automatically be sent at no charge for approval. Production time starts after proof approval has been received by the factory. Pre-production samples are available, at cost to customers. Random samples are available at cost to customer, however, “spec samples” are not available.

It is assumed by factory that artwork submitted for printing is being used in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding its usage. Customer agrees to assume any liability resulting from claims against us for service marks, infringement of trademarks, copyrights, patents and personal rights. Any products contained within this site are licensed or have had the license waived by the applicable entity. In no case is the use of likeness, logo or name meant to imply any endorsement of PTC by represented parties.

Accounts over 30 days past due may be subject to collection fees and related filings as indicated on invoices. New customers or customers with delinquent accounts may have to pre-pay.

We accept American Express, Visa or Mastercard as forms of payment. Please provide account number, expiration date and name as it appears on the card.

Sellers liability is limited to credit or replacement of any portion of a shipment and shall in no case exceed the amount charged for goods.

No warranties are expressed or implied by PTC concerning the marketability of suitability of its products for any specific use or purpose.
