Fan Incentive: Buffalo Bills CIT Football Program - 2003GOAL: Reward season ticket holders using a three player football. WHAT: One panel - three players (Drew Bledsoe, Eric Moulds and London Fletcher) with a small LIMITED EDITION Bills logo. HOW: At a special event for season ticket holders at Ralph Wilson Stadium, thousands of footballs were distributed to fans. SUCCESS GAUGE: Fans, especially children, were able to get their balls signed by the players. NEXT GOAL: Work on a new program - possibly a gameday promotion using other CIT products. In Stadium: Minnesota Timberwolves CIT Basketball Program - 2004GOAL: Reward fans at the game using a Limited Edition three player basketball. WHAT: Four panel - three players (Kevin Garnett, Latrell Spreewell and Sam Cassell) with an inlaid and ghosted Timberwolves logo. HOW: At the last home game of the 2004 season, the balls were distributed to fans. SUCCESS GAUGE: The balls were a tremendous hit with fans, and to this day, they remain a successful promotion. By the way, the Timberwolved made it to the Western Conference Finals for their first time. Coincidence? Maybe, but don't take the chance. NEXT GOAL: Work on a new program with a tie in to concessions sales. Out of Stadium Giveaway: San Francisco 49ers / Radio Sponsor CIT Football Program - 2005WHAT: Create a medium size CIT football with two CIT panels. The first panel has the sponsors logo with a collage of 49ers players. The second panel has the 49ers logo and space for players' autographs. HOW: Distributed to local radio listeners that were additionally 49ers fans Team / Sport Promotion: Team USA CIT Hockey Puck Program - 2006GOAL: Create a unique item for United States hockey fans by producing a Limited Edition hockey puck with a patriotic imaging. WHAT: A CIT Hockey Puck with an image of the United States Hockey Team's goalkeeper, Jimmy Craig following the emotional US win over Russia. HOW: Distributed to hockey fans throughout the United States. NEXT GOAL: Create another USA team puck for the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics as well as a Winter Olympics general promotional CIT puck. Season Ticket: Portland Trailblazers CIT Basketball Program - 2004GOAL: Create a high value - limited edition promotion for their season ticket holders - strengthening the relationship between the fans and Coach Cheeks. WHAT: Four panel CIT Full Size Basketball, with wood base (individualized metal plate) and acrylic case. HOW: A Rose Garden shot, Maurice Cheeks and the Trailblazers logo. SUCCESS GAUGE: Season ticket holders loved the balls and the giveaway was extremely well received. NEXT GOAL: We'd love the opportunity to create a full run of player promotion basketballs to be given away to fans throughout the season. Wireless Provider: Minnesota Vikings CIT Football Program - 2004GOAL: Create a limited edition promotion for their training camp, building off of Midwest Wireless' sponsorship of the Vikings. WHAT: One panel CIT - sequentially numbered footballs distributed at their training camp. HOW: Designed a football depicting the Vikings helmet sitting atop a past training camp photo. Each ball carried a sequential numbering and start and end dates of the camp. SUCCESS GAUGE: The team was excited by the giveaway and thought it was one of their best. It further strengthened the tie between the Vikings and their primary camp sponsor. NEXT GOAL: We'd love to create a team sponsored Randy Moss series for a local sponsor. |
